Based in Bavaria, family-owned for nearly 100 years, and one of Europe’s largest cheese producers, Hochland Group, turned to Catapult to develop packaging for its new line of specialty Romanian cave cheeses for the US market. Like perfectly-aged cheese, our design is always in small batches, handcrafted, and delivered at peak ripeness—so to speak.
